As a dietary supplement, mix 1 heaping scoop of 100% Whey Protein with 4-8 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of water, skim milk or your favorite beverage. Consume 1-3 servings daily or use as recommended by a physician or licensed nutritionist.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may return the unused portion for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. The unused portion must contain at least 25% of the original portion of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original and return shipping charges. All of our domestic shipments are sent with delivery confirmation from either the US Postal Service or UPS. Expiration Date

All of our products typically have an expiration date 18-24 months out, but we guarantee that all of our products will have at least a 3 month shelf life, unless otherwise noted.
