Prepared from fresh orange peel which has been washed, trimmed, diced,dried, and milled into granules. Try adding it to breads, cookies, pies,biscotti, cheesecake and other dessert dishes. It can be added to fish, poultryand lamb to impart a slight orange flavor. Often called for in marinades,orange peel can be added to rice for extra flavor, or used to spice up hot oriced tea.

Storage in air-tight jars highly recommended, because of its strong flavoroil content.

Substitute 1 teaspoon dried orange peel for 1 teaspoon fresh grated orangepeel.
