Orginal Miners' Push Dagger-1890's-marked Skagway Gold Pick-alaska Gold Rush For Sale
Offered here is an original push dagger that is etched on the blade "Skagway Gold Pick." Measures 9.50 total length, with a 5.0" blade. Also etched "queber" (sp) on tang. Metal handle appears t be either pewter or sterling silver. No marks. A crack shows on one side of thehandle as seen in one of the photographs. This was likely made for the Alaska Gold Rush, that included the Klondike and Skagway, in the 1890's. A rare one, and makes a dandy display Thanks for looking!
