Mahogany Shaving Mirror and Shelf

You are offerding on a Victorian wall mounted shaving mirror only.

It is mahogany with a lovely round mirror which is in a delightful frame. It has no cracks or chips, but it shows signs of age with some foxing to the glass. All adds to its charm

It has a half round bowl or shelf in which to put your shaving brush and razor. This also shows signs of age and use.

The back board looks to have been replaced at some point and is not of the same quality as the mirror and shelf, having said this it has a certain charm and shows a piece with history, in fact it has taken on a fabulous patina and depth of colour that only comes with age.

The mirror measures 13 cm (5 inches) excluding the frame. The back board is 57 cm (22 ½ inches) long and is 24 cm (9 ½ inches) wide. It is 11.5 cm (4 ½ inches) deep.

A great Victorain item which will still look good around the home today.
