You are offerding on a 1950sKaiser 6751 substantial desklamp. The lampshade is made ofsheet metal with a polished brass finish on the outside and lacquered white on the inside to maximise light reflection. There is one bulb casing. Thecurved stem is made of a brass square section fitted with ball allow for adjustments. The heavybase ismade of cast iron with abrass cover. The original switch is placed on the base.

The lamp is in poor/fair conditionand in full working order. There are some age related blemishes, marks and scratches on the brass work. The inner white lacquer presents with age related marks, scratches and chip (small ones along the inner rim and a 7cm long one in the centre of the shade, but this is not visible being on the inner lacquer work of the lampshade). There are age related small dints (one on the rim of the lampshade, two on the edge of the stem and one on the edge of the base cover). However, these do not interfere with the overall look of the piece. The lamptakes one Edison screw (screw fit) bulb. It is fitted with a UK plug. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
