Pair of Bullion Brigadier General\'s Epaulettes from Private Museum Collection
General\'s Star and Eagle Buttons. Gilt ribbed strap with brass shell with double row of tassels. The undersideis sheathed in crimson velvet with brass clasps. There is some tarnishing, as can be expected froman item that is 150 years old. The epaulettes are in very goodcondition. These were displayed in aprivate museum. There are a pair of 22k gold leaf gilded blocks included that were created to support these inadisplay cabinet. There is some flaking to the gilding (on the blocks).
We may have the original carrying case. We will check the storage and include it with the epaulettes if we have it.
