Original Deforest Radio & Tel. Spherical Audion * First Triode * Nice For Sale

Here's a nice original DeForest spherical Audion (double wing). The tube filament is open, but the tube itself still has vacuum, everything inside of it appears to be structurally sound, and the plates and grids are still firmly attached to the glass press. Nice original red and green sheathing on the leads, and the leads are still firmly planted in the tip. Excellent base, still firmly attached to the glass envelope. I'm listing an excellent DeForest RJ-5 replica/forgery that was probably built by the late Phil Weingarten.
