This is an Original Hand Painted Production Animation Cell from The Little Mermaid Movie. I am the original owner. This was purchased in 1990 in an Animation Art Gallery in Newport RI. The Animation Cell has been sitting in a closet for 20 years and has not been exposed to light. The cell is in pristine condition. It has never been outside of the frame. I originally paid $2,400 for it.This cell does come with the Frame. The dimensions of the frame is 21 1/4" x 15 1/4" and the Animation cell is 9" x 15"There is a small white scuff mark on the frame. (see photos)The white flare on the cell is from my camera flash.Even though I am offering Free Shipping I am asking the buyer to pay for shipping insurance and tracking on this because of the nature of the item.
