*Pepsi-Cola was invented in 1898, trademarked in1903. The logo was changed from an elaborate script to the modern block letters in 1963. Until 1951, the words "Pepsi" and "Cola" were separated by 2 dashes.
It might interest the buyer to know where this sign came from. It was originally mounted on the storefront of the "Mercer Market" aka "Manny's" at Mercer and Market Streets in the Mill Hill section of Trenton, NJ, until the early 1980s when this building (and many more were) torn down for a road widening.
