Jean-pierre Remond Signed Litho. Original. A Fine Example Of The Chromist Art:
"Jean Pierre Remond, Chromist Associate, has been described as 'the world’s most accomplished and talented chromist.' He was mentored by the legendary lithography chromist Solier, the chromist for Chagall, and worked for many years with Chagall and Solier, along with renowned European artists including Miró, Picasso and Braque." - As desribed by an online history of printmaking. Here is an original print by the renouned chromist Jean-Pierre Remond. Print is number 103 of 275 as issued by the Collector's Guild many years ago. Original COA is attached to back of the framed art. The size of the actual print ia approx, 18" x 24", The frame which has been on the art ever since I have owned it is 24" x 30". Weight packed will be approx 10 pounds. Glass shall be taped to prevent any damage to the print should any accident happen. Tape may be easily removed. Remond was instructed by Georges Braque at an early age. One photo was taken at an angle to reduce the reflections. Good luck winning this fine scarce example of Jean-Pierre Remond's art.
Aug 22: Revised because of pricing mistake. Listed it $200 lower than the price I had paid years ago. All is corrected now. The Benton signed lithographs are far more prevalent than Remond lithos and yet my Benton lithos sell for about $2000 here on . It is estimated there are over 800 signed Benton lithos for very 1 signed Remond litho. Scarcity will greatly affect the value in years to come,
