Original WW2 USMC, U.S. Army, Navy, Jungle Fighting Knife, that was Customized by the Soldier that used it, using a small type of rope on the handle!!!!Sailors Knot on the bottom of the handle, Very Nice!
This Fighting knife might be a Camillus, but is Unknown. I am not going to unwrap the Handle to see. There isBone inlays, please see the photos. I could not see any makers marks on the blade. This knife is one of the Sharpest knives I have ever had, The Soldier that used this Fighting Knife during WW2 wasn\'t taking any chances, if he had to use this knife, he was going to hurt you, Bad.
The Blade is just Beautiful, Rare to have them untouched since the War, as these were fighting knives and were used hard in War time Combat, so they were usually redone or thrown out, Not this One!
The rope wrap has some staining, this is a used Combat knife, that survived the 2nd. World War. If there are buyers that want a Mint one, they should buy one from china. Original Personalized Fighting knives like this one are hard to come by, collectors usually do not sell them. Sorry no sheath, the leather did not survive.

The Blade width at is widest point is 7/8 inches.

These types of WW2 Items especially ones like this, that were Used By the US Soldiers in a Combat manor are getting hard to find. they are Highly Collectible and rise in Value every year.
