Estate Sale:
This is one half of an Ottoman/Bulgarian filigree silver alloy belt buckle from the late 19th century. The filigree designs areprobably made of silver. The red and blue stones are glass cabochons/beads. The red behind the filigree is often a thin layer of resin for coloring.
The buckle measures 6.75\" L x 3-5/8\" W x 1\" D. This item was purchased by the estate holder from the middle east back in the late 70\'s. No markings could be found.
Needs cleaning, otherwise in very good condition.

In an effort to provide lower cost shipping, I have switched from UPS to USPS. The Postal Service takes a little longer, but the costs are much lower. Please allow from 2-9 business days for your delivery.
