Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii this pair of early 1850s Chinese teacups and saucers that are painted in famile rose enamels and feature a departure scene. The items are quiet dirty and would benefit from a cleaning – no cracks or chips small glaze imperfection on the lip rim of one of the cups. The items were inspected by an Asian art appraiser that confirmed their authenticity and gave me the details above.
Cup 2 inches high x 2 ¼ inches across
Saucer 5 inches across

Shipping: Although Hawaii is part of the United States, it is important to know when purchasing items that shipping times can be a bit longer and shipping charges can be a bit higher than for the US mainland. Please keep this in mind when rating my shipping charges and handling times, as your ratings have immediate discount or listing-standing consequences for me. Thank you for understanding!!!
Packing material: I charge you my costs for all packing materials used. However, this is Hawaii and not the continental US, and everything has to be shipped in from out of state. To give you an idea, a shipping box, if it is not a free one from the Post Office, costs between $4 - $9. Bubble wrap costs $1 per foot and I usually use at least 3 or 4 feet or more for breakable items. Foam chips per box (book box size) will be between $8 - $10, and packing tape costs me $3 a small roll.
Please understand that I can no longer be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.
International buyers small, Priority flat rate boxes are not offering reliable tracking. That is why I am not offering them anymore, after having lost $100's of $$$ in the mail!!!
