Parker pen/pencil set in box in stainless steel with \"gold arrow & push button top\", jotter style. Appears in condition of new, can\'t be 100% sure it wasn\'t used but no real indication of it. There is mark from pencil lead but I did push it out to see if lead came out and today I pushed it cout to see if it wrote, does. So lead mark could be from myself the first time I checked it. Otherwise I don\'t see usage or such but consider it used incase. Pen works as well. box in new condition as well
