PR C1870 BOHEMIAN ART GLASS LUSTERS CRANBERRY CUT TO CLEAR LARGE PRISMS NoRESERV
This listing is for a very pretty pair of Bohemian art glass lusters from circa 1870. Thecranberry red cut glasslusters measure 13 inches or 33 cm high and are 6 ½ inches or 16.5 cm wide at the top rim.
The lusters are a deep cranberry glass cut to clear. They have a scalloped edge on the top with clear ovals cut around the top rim. Also on the top of the lusters is a large cut floral design with acid etched highlights. The stems are undulating and have cut fern leaves on them. Each has 8 hanging 2-part prisms that measure 6 ¼ inches long. They are open from top to bottom.
Both the lusters are in excellent condition. A few of the prisms have minor edge nicks. Please see many photos for more on the look of these antique glass garnitures.
