This autographed paperback copy of \"My Life\" was signed in front of me and for me during his June 27, 2005 book signing at the Borders Bookstore on Gorham Road in South Portland, Maine. My husband and I both stood in line to have a book signed. Those in line were moved through quite quickly but I did have the opportunity to shake the former President\'s hand and comment to him at how well he was looking (he\'d had heart surgery in Sept 2004) and my husband chimed in and hoped he\'d have time to enjoy our early summer weather. He thanked me and told my husband that he hoped to enjoy some time outside. That being said I\'m also including the front section of the Portland (Maine) Press Herald dated June 28, 2005 documenting the book signing and Mr. Clinton\'s afternoon boat ride with former President George W. Bush. He stayed at the Bush compound in Kennebunkport, Maine. I\'m also including the bookmark that the Borders staff placed in each book so that Mr. Clinton would know where to sign. This book has been in a bureau since the day it was signed. It is in excellent unread condition and the spine has yet to be \"cracked\". From a smoke free home.
