A distinctive and highly collectible vintagecompact made from brass gilt metal. A globe shaped vanity powder mirrored compact with an ornate design made by Pygmalion. Embossed floral patterned gold-tone exterior.

Almost looks like the 'Snitch' out of Harry Potter!

Hinged at thecentre,opening to reveal the original mirror on one side and a plastic compartment on the other side for powder. The bottom has a small flattened area so that it stands upright and doesn’t roll around!

Unfortunately we do not have the powder puff and sift but it is otherwise in perfect condition. The lid closes perfectly with a functional secure depression button lock catch and the mirror and exterior are immaculate

Signs of scars due to wear and age are perfectly acceptable to most vintage and antique buyers, however if you require perfection then this item is probably not for you!

HOWEVER this item is in EXCELLENT vintage condition considering it is over 60 years old! The mirror and exterior are immaculate, the lid closes perfectly. Unfortunately we do not have the powder puff and sift but it is otherwise in perfect condition.
