We accept payment via Paypal. Items will be dispatched within 24 business hours of cleared payment. In most cases this will be instant clearance.
Postage within the UK
Postage Timescale:
Items are dispatched within 24 business hours of your cleared payment. Business hours are Monday – Friday excluding United Kingdom Bank Holidays.
Parcels up to 2 Kilos will be sent via Royal Mail. Parcels over this will be sent by Courier or may be split into a number of smaller parcels.
Stephensons Online Ltd obtains proof of posting for all parcels sent and offer a tracked service.

1st Class (Royal Mail 24) takes between 1-3 days for delivery from dispatch.
2nd Class (Royal Mail 48) takes between 3-5 days delivery from dispatch.

Delivery & Returns – After all this is the important stuff!
All orders are dispatched within 24 Business Hours of cleared payment being received.
Orders are dispatched using various Royal Mail services or couriers depending on your order size.
Some orders will be split into several packages where necessary so don’t panic if you get one parcel first. They can arrive on separate days even though you ordered them and we sent them on the same day!
Most of our packages will not fit through letter boxes; the majority of items are boxed. No one wants to receive a broken product! So however much we like to think you are waiting in just so the postman can deliver your order we understand you do have to go out! Therefore if you are not in to receive your parcel it will either be left with your neighbour or will be sent to the local delivery office for your collection.
Orders are packed locally by our team of dedicated packers using recyclable packaging to ensure your order is protected in transit. Every single item is hand packed to give you the best possible protection.
In the unlikely event that you would like to return your item:
We accept returns back without reason within 30 days of your delivery date worldwide. Yes you read that right when everyone else is offering just 7 – 14 days we are giving you busy people that extra time just to be sure.
If you change your mind and wish to return your item, however tempting it might be, do not use your item otherwise we will not be able to give you your hard earned cash back! Returned items must be unused, sealed and still in the same condition as sent. Any item used or damaged by the buyer will not be accepted back as a return so please repack them well. Just use the packaging we sent you and you will be just fine.
Stephensons Online Ltd will fully refund the item cost to you when the returned item is received. Of course you the buyer will need to cover the postage costs back to Stephensons Online Ltd and Stephensons Online Ltdwill be unable to refund the original postage costs paid.
Stephensons Online Ltd will not take responsibility for items not collected from the local delivery offices. Please ensure you collect your parcels if you are not in when the delivery is attempted and do it fast! Royal Mail tends to only hold on to the parcel for 14 days so planning is needed if you are going on your holidays! You will also need to visit the local delivery office as they will not discuss your details on the phone.

2. Do you have the item in a different size or in a different condition?
We endeavour to list all of our available products on , however if there is an alternative you require, please message us.

4. Can I change my order?
Please message us immediately and we will do our best to change it. Please note that once dispatched we are unable to change your order.
5. Can I change my delivery address?
Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address. You can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order, and this must be completed using the \'change address\' option on . We are not able to deliver to a different address to the one you have registered.
6. How do I pay?

7. How much does delivery cost?
All delivery costs are provided on each listing for the services we offer. Combined postage options are also available and shown on each listing.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 business hours of receipt of payment. For UK orders delivery is estimated between 3-5 working days and International orders can take up to 2 weeks. Please note: Royal Mail only class the item as “lost” 15 working days after dispatch; at this time we can either send a replacement or issue a refund. We cannot do anything about the order until this time has lapsed.
9. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the delivery address stated on your account only, this could be your home, workplace or alternative delivery address. You can only change your delivery address at the time you are placing your order, and this must be completed using the \'change address\' option on . Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend the address.

10. How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. International deliveries are dispatched by Royal Mail and passed over to the equivalent postal services in designated countries unless stated.

If you have selected tracked postage you will be supplied with a tracking number so you can track your order online. If your parcel is being sent outside of the UK you are only able to track your parcel if the relevant country continues to enter the tracking information.
12. What if I’m not at home when you deliver?
If you are not available to accept delivery, the postal service will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card. Your order will be held at the local delivery office for a 2 week period. Please make sure you collect your order within the time stated on your card.
13. The product I ordered has arrived faulty / damaged, what should I do?
Please message us straight away and explain that you received your order damaged. The faulty / damaged item will need to be returned to us to claim either a replacement or a full refund.
