- Two vintage Herend Hungary Rothchild Bird demitasse saucers in EUC.
- Manufactured 1915-1930\'s.
- Beautifully rendered birds and tiny insects are depicted delicately in great detail.
- Raised basketweave pattern around top of saucer.
- Edges of saucers are painted with gold and the gold has been well retained.
- No crazing or chips seen on either saucer.
- There is slight soiling on foot of saucers from use.
- Herend Hungary hallmark painted in blue over Herend stamp on bottom of saucers.
- Identification number 1709 stamped on both saucers.
- There is a number 4 etched only on one saucer above the 1709.
