Our shipping rates are determined by the shipped weight of the item and the address. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.
Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to substitute between UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping of comparable service level. UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box, depending on the size and weight of your item and shipping class you may be required to provide a physical address for delivery.
If International shipping is available on this item, then International addresses are shipped via USPS International Priority or Express Mail, and the rates are calculated based on destination (please see Shipping tab)
Buyer is responsible for all brokerage/customs taxes/charges/fees. We will not falsify customs documents. The winning offer amount will be used as the item value on customs forms.
Non-US winners must agree to the following conditions:

- Shipping via USPS International Express or USPS International Priority (items up to 4 lbs. packed weight may quaility for First Class International)
- No returns

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee of $2.50.shipping will be provided at our descretion. If you desire combined shipping, please contact us after you have won multiple sales and request combined shipping invoice. If we are able to combine shipping, we will provide up to 30% discount off of the shipping on additional items (items other than the item with the highest shippng cost).

All shipments to Indiana and local pick-ups will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process.
Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of sale, and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, we subscribe to the Automatic Unpaid Item Assistant, and this system automatically opens up a Non-Paying buyer case with on the 5th day (cases close automatically once payment is received). If payment is not received within 4 days of the case being opened, then a Non-Payment strike will be filed against buyer, and we retain the right to relist the item for sale.
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that buyers can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the sale. Returns are not accepted for items that state "Sold As Is" in the description.
In the unlikely event the item was not as described and photographed in the sale and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days. To do this, contact us. The item must be received by us within 14 days of the end of sale. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If it is determined that the item was not as described, then we will refund the return postage (but no more than an amount equal to the amount that the buyer paid for original shipping.)
If something is returned to us that was accurately described, then we reserved the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice.
