The Dice are Polished Clear Red with Silver Foil Printing and are Cancelled with a Circle Stamp on the Four Spot and No Serial Number. It says, \'Las Vegas Nevada around the One Spot and the Silver Foil is worn off this area. This Pair is from the Mid 1970\'s.     There is aLas Vegas Monorailstop, theHarrah\'s & The Linq station, at the rear of the property. A shuttle service to theRiowas discontinued in late 2017.

Holiday Casino (1973–1992)[edit]

    On July 2, 1973, Shelby and Claudine Williams, former owners of theSilver Slippercasino, opened theHoliday Casino, a smallriverboatthemed casino in front of theHoliday InnLas Vegas Center Strip.[2][3][4]

    In 1979, Holiday Inn bought a 40% share of the casino\'s parent company, Riverboat, Inc.[5]By 1982, the hotel had grown to over 1,000 rooms making it the largest in the chain.[6]Holiday Inn bought out the remaining 60% in 1983.[7]

Harrah\'s Las Vegas (1992–present)[edit]

    In April 1992, the property was renamedHarrah\'s Las Vegas.

    In 1997, It completed a renovation intended to make it thecompany\'s Flagship property, replacing the oldriverboattheme with aMardi GrasandCarnivaltheme.[8]They extended the 35 story tower by adding 986 rooms. Included in the renovations were six 22,000lb (10,000kg) 23-karat gold-leaf sculptures. Built from steel and glass reinforced polyester resin, the sculptures stand 32ft (9.8m) high and wear size 43 shoes.

    At the grand re-openingHarry Connick, Jr.entertained at the Carnaval Court. Tino Wallenda, son of legendary tight-rope walker Karl Wallenda, walked 139ft (42m) across a 1-inch (25mm) steel cable, 99ft (30m) above the ground. Celebrities also appeared includedSidney Poitier,Sandra Bullock,Minnie Driver,Stephen Baldwin,Lea Thompson,Dick ButkusandSteve Wynn.[citation needed]

    On November 29, 2017, Caesars announced it is selling the property to VICI Properties while Caesars continues operating it.[9]
