Brochure titled "Floor Plans and Rate Schedules El Mirador Hotel, Palm Springs, California". Undated, but from the text, this appears to be from the 1932 to 1942version of this resort, when it numbered Albert Einstein & The Marx Brothers among its guests. (Check its interesting history) Lists the room rate schedule for all of its buildings, the Administration, Reposa & Siesta and the two bungalows, shows room numbers & layouts, and available amenities. Some interesting text below:
"Maids & Chauffeurs when living at Hotel $9.00 and up according to accommodations. Chauffeurs rooms near Hotel, when available, may be had for $2.50 per day, meals at hotel,$3.00 per day."...."All rooms steam heated and with private baths"...All Southern Pacific Trains stop to discharge passengers at Palm Springs Station, ten miles distant. Santa Fe & Union Pacific Trains atop at San Bernardino, 53 miles distant. Transportation from station may be arranged for on trains or by advance notice to Hotel" Opens to 6" X 12" and is in excellent condition on fine stock
