It is a Good Question - I think I have answered in the comments under the Video.
In order to get the clock to 00:59 and make an "effective night video" I had to spin forward
numbers manually by the left knob. When You spin forward manually
the clock is slight out of phase synch for ~ 30 seconds. It is almost as in a bicycle gear, if You would
spin a wheel backward keeping the pedals in stop. It is because of manual forward.
It keeps perfect steady time - absolutely perfect as any LED Quartz clock, please be
confident.
