This is a black and silver parker 21st fountain pen and pencil set.I\'d like to call this set NOS. Because its a very clean set.The pencil works and is filled and ready to be used.
The pen however I was going to fill it and test it but I did not because it looks to me that it has never been inked before .The box is amazingly clean to .
The hinges are not rusted out
The gold parker print on the box is nice and shiny.
The padding inside the box is not stained.
The bottom of the box on the outside is still black not tore up .
And says box NO 207 MADE IN USA
