I do not believe this wonderful USA made Parker 75 Cisele fountain has ever been inked. It is the vermeil grid pattern, gold filled over sterling silver with gold filled trim. This is an early 1966 model with solid flat end jewels, a short -feathered arrow clip and an early large ink converter. The pen is marked \"PARKER STERLING &14K GF.\". The 14K gold nib is marked \'F\'. The grip section has the angle indicator and center \"0\". The pen comes with it\'s original presentation case inside it\'s original Parker box. It is missing that little plastic point adjuster fitting device.
