Parkerizing Phosphating Oem Concentrate Quart Manganese For Sale
For sale is parkerizing / phosphating concentrate. Pictures shown are before and after of parts that have been redone using the solution- parts have been restored to original finish. This is manganese concentrate that produces a charcoal finish. This concentrate is very simple- you only have to mix with water and used with heat. No additives, steel wool, or iron powder are needed. In addition, there are no pre-dip or post-dip processes needed- simply spray parts down with a water displacement lubricant such as WD40 after removing it from the chemical bath. Whereas most competitor brands do not, our product contains nickel nitrate which is the key ingredient for corrosion prevention. There are only 2 types of phosphate coatings- manganese and zinc. All firearms or automobiles that left the original manufacturer had a phosphate coating done with either manganese or zinc.
This is the same type of product that the firearms and automotive industries used! If you want the best available, our product is it. If you search for other parkerizing solutions, you will find them at prices ranging from $50 to $60 per quart. Most kits include far less than the 35 ounces of solution we offer at a much higher price. You can use the parkerizing solution more than one time! Simply store it in a plastic container and save it for your next use.
