This pin is to be mounted on a walking stick with two nails to show the places that people have visited. These are called either pins, mounts, shields, stocknagel, placckette/scudetti or badges and do the same thing as lapel or hat pins, they tell everyone where you have been and what you have seen
Pertisau is a small village at the Achensee in the Tyrol.
Pertisau is in Schwaz (district). There are many valleys which is a beautiful area in the Karwendel. In Pertisau is also the Fürstenhaus a country residence of Emperor Maximilian I. from Austria.
