Bronson Royalist 370 Fly Reel all works as it should, drag, one button spool release, handle and cranks smoothly. Looks to be used little and well cared for. Has a nice after market LL Bean reel case.
Here's a WandFiberglassFly Rod. Alot of people love Phillipson Bamboo rods, me included, but Phillipson also made some of the nice's Fiberglass Rodsmoney could buy!When I acquired this rod it was inless than fish-able conditionand in need of a restoration, it came out beautiful, see pictures.I have not fished this rod but have lawn cast it, it castsHDH (6)reallywell and laysit verynicely.This rod is a light action full flexfly rod and will cast the smallest flies, making some of the best presentations you'll ever see. I had the Bronson 370 Fly Reel you see in the picturesand it looks so nice on this rod that I'm going to include it in the sale. Its time appropriate(late 60's early 70's) and a close match in color to the reel seat. The reel seat has scratches whereit was put on the ground to change flies or leaders and at the reel foot, itsnot to bad, see pictures.At 7' 6" it will get you in some small hard to reach areas where the big one's hang outand still in the open areas make that 40-50 ft. cast!Fished or collected it will not disappoint!
