30 days Returns Policy
One of our main aim's is to ensure you receive the highest quality of product and service at all times, offering you, our valued customer a 100% level of service and satisfaction, should you have any concerns please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
We offer a NO quibble returns policy on all items within 30 days of receipt; however returns for "Makeup", "Audio" or "Video recordings" "Computer software" items are not permitted unless they are sealed and unopened for hygiene and security reasons.
For all other returns we will replace or refund the cost of the product (excluding P&P) to you upon receipt of the returned items.
If your parcel is returned to us by our couriers we will notify you and issue you with a full refund.
Please note that we cannot process any claims after 30 working days. Therefore you must notify us within 30 working days for any items that have not been received.
All returned items must be sent back in the same condition as they were received, i.e. in their original, unopened packaging and in a saleable condition. The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item received has been incorrectly sent, described or damaged in which case a FULL refund will be given including postage and packaging costs.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us or get lost in the post. Once your item is returned to us we will process your refund or exchange immediately.

What do I do if my item is received damaged?
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Full reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit.
