I was told this is a Walt Disney piece from Pinocchio. Wind up doll that sways from side to side while clapping the cymbals. Measures 11.25 inches tall. Rubber face with his original costume. It works and is a great hard to find Collectible. From the 40\'s. Please refer to pictures.
