An alternative to International First Class Mail is International Priority Mail. Although this option is more costly, we are able to attach insurance to items shipped using this option. In addition, if a priority package is lost in delivery, we are able to track it. We can track the date you received your package via your tracking number. All items returned must be received within 14 days of the original shipping date. Refunds will normally be given within 48 hours of having received your item back. Items returned to us must be in the same great condition they are sent to you. We cannot accept damaged or items with a smoke odor back.All itemsmust be returned to us using a \"traceable\" method of shipping. Returns on copyrighted materials, including but not limited to, artwork, intructional books, patterns, etc may be returned only if the item received is not as described. Refunds to not include shipping charges.
