Plusdvd was established in August 2005 as Gamealot, but soon changed its name to what you see it as today, as to aim at our more target audience.

Plusdvd started its life as a humble home run business, but over the years has developed into a major UK Online Retailer, stocking thousands of products and selling over 50,000 items per year to customers Worldwide, via and our own website.

Over the years we have branched out into other areas of business, including Children's Toys, Fancy Dress, Music, Gadgets and Books.

All items sold within Plusdvd, are 100% brand new and only sourced from top Distributors / Wholesalers within the United Kingdom.

All items stocked are Brand New, unless stated. All items on sale will be show as one of the following;

*NEW* - Can be Sealed or unsealed, but is still classed a brand new
*NEW/SEALED* - The item is Brand New and Factory Sealed
*NEW/UNSEALED* - Item is Brand New but not Sealed

Your orders are guaranteed with us. If your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK orders only) of dispatch we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase if a replacement is not available.

Plesse Note: We do require that you inform us of none received / damage order/s no longer than 20days of your purchase date, as we will not be able to assist with your problem after this time.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the purchase date, we will fully refund your account after a full investigation as taken place between ourselves and Royal Mail (this can take between 10-30 days to complete).

Plesse Note: We do require that you inform us of none received / damage order's no longer than 30days of your purchase date, as we will not be able to assist with your problem after this time.

As of 1st January 2011, we no longer off replacements to International buyers, we also require that all damaged goods be returned to us within 14 days of receipt at the customers cost.

Completed orders received Monday to Friday by 4:00pm, will be dispatched same day via your postage choice.

Completed orders after 4.00pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
