Polaroid SX-70 Alpha 1 24 Karat GOLD plated with Top Grain Leather extremely scarce variant. Limited Edition, un-numbered edition thought to be one of 500 sets produced in the late 1970s for the purpose of gifting to staff and celebrity Polaroid users with some editions sold in Europe (like this one) This is a unique opportunity to pick up a basically new polaroid SX-70, and a very special Gold Plated edition at that.
Own a piece of photographic history! Camera is 24 Karat GOLD plated with Top Grain leather panels in fine - near Mint condition (see photos - judge for yourself)
Lens is perfect, camera is in working order - as is mechanism.
I tested it when I received it about a year ago, I do not have film to test it again however I have not used it in the interim and it's been stored carefully in it's box since. Camera has only been used on a couple of occasions max - incredibly lightly used unique item. If you're watching this then you know compatible film cartridges are now produced again by the Impossible Project if you wish to use it. Includes:
