The purchase price is for the exact collection shown here. This is a 2-volume PNC coin and stamp collection issued by Postal Commemorative Society. Comes in two robust 3-ring binder albums. Contains 56 separate panels, one panel for each of the 50 US States, plus Washington DC and the five US Territories. Each panel contains P & D Mint specimens of the quarter featured within that panel, along with one or more stamps that are relevant to the theme. Each panel is protected by a plastic sleeve that mounts into the 3-ring binder.
I want to point out that the clear plastic sleeves have discolored or yellowed with age, some quite substantially. This is a rather massive collection which completely fills a USPS Large flat-rate Priority Box.
