Fabulous matching pair of Japanese Imari Chargers, dating to 19th century, c.1860-1880, measuring 16\" each in diameter. They are made in the extra large Chrysanthemum pattern, with the Ho-O Phoenix birds and floral motif. Each is great condition, one is perfect with no chips, cracks, or repairs, and the other does have a old very small chip on rim, as seen in pics. Must look hard to see.
