Old pre WWII Navy officers bicorn hat with shoulder boards . comes in original box . hat marked on inside ( the mark of merit , goverment standard ) hat and shoulder boards do show wear to them , the box one of the metal bars holding a shoulder board is loose , and the latch catch on front of box is missing . see several photos for overall condition and whats there . also check out my other military items listed
