Lovely and Precious Cloisonne detailed tassel tieback. The overall length of the tiebacks is 33\", Each side being about 15\", plus drop. The Cloisonne is 5\" long x 3\" wide. The Tassel has a 9\" drop. This is a beautiful item. Is is pre-owned.
