For your consideration: A vintage March 3, 1831 one page (16\" x 10\") Andrew Jackson personally Signed Presidential Land Grant. President Jackson assigns an eighty acre parcel in Crawfordsville, Indiana to John Burley of Vermillion County, Illinois, effective March 3, 1831. The parchment measures 16\"x10\" with typical folds and the paper seal whole and still firmly attached. There is extremely light toning to the parchment and almost no staining. President Jackson\'s signature is in dark brown ink and completely clear and legible (as seen in photos). Document is also co-signed by Elijah Hayward, the Commissioner of the U.S. General Land Office. The back of document is endorsed with the details of the transaction creating even further authentication and historical value. Overall the document is in fine condition. This is truly an investment quality piece and at the upper end of Jackson signed land grants. Great clear and readable condition. The pictures tell the story. Any item deemed not to be authentic will be refunded for the full purchase price including all shipping charges within 90 days (provided the piece is returned in the condition in which it was sold). Any questions (or if you\'d just like to tender an offer) don\'t ever hesitate to contact me. Thanks for looking.
