Five (5) items in group, including; an authentic, genuine 1p. TLS on "Office of Dwight D. Eisenhower" stationary, signed by Presidential candidate Eisenhower to a Ray Eichenmuller of Pittsburg, dated August 5, 1952, 5 3/4 x 7 3/4". With typed document (autopen) signed copy of Eisenhower's State of the Union, delivered January 1954. This copy is autopen signed, 12p. document. With a 1p. typed letter (autopen) signed of Mr. Eisenhower on Columbia University letterhead, addressed to a Mr. Charles L. Allison on having to decline an invitation to make an address, dated August 9, 1950. Sold by famous Illinois dealer King V. Hostick, with official TLS stating provenance and gauging interest in the Columbia University, Eisenhower letter, addressed February 1954. Together with 15 x 20" color campaign broadside on board, lithograph by "The National Process Co", Clifton, N.J. of photography by "peter Berkeley", Denver. Distributed by "Citizens for Eisenhower-Nixon", New York. Dwight David "Ike" Eisenhower (1890 - 1969), 34th President of the United States, serving 1953-61, five-star General and Supreme Commander of Allied Forces in World War II. Letters show minimal wear with original folds to '"State of Union" speech, lithograph board shows minor nicks at margin with tear at lower-left portion into photograph, deep, as shown.
