EXTREMELY RARE - August 1975 I met President Nixon on the Shorecliffs golf course in San Clemente California where he had retired to right after leaving office due to Watergate (very historical time period) . He played through us and graciously agreed to sign a scorecard . The timeframe of the scorecard is easily authenticated based on the name of the head pro at the time on the card itself, coupled with identical signatures on pictures in the clubhouse.
President Nixon often had his secretaries sign documents and even used robo-pen on occasion. Even though he was not a really good golfer he enjoyed it immensely and played in proams on occasion with his celebrity friends.

On a historical note his major achievement in office was reestablishing relations with Communist China. In recent years China has developed golf courses and even produced world-class professional players .This is most likely a once-in-a-lifetime offer. I have had it in my possession in careful storage for the past 41 years and I would just like to see it go to a good home where it will be valued and displayed properly .
