Welcome to Daisy Cottontail's debut on . She's a happy/hoppy sweet gardening gal.
She measures 21" including ears...just measuring from top of head to feet is 18" tall. Her body was painted and she has a separately attached head.
She wears a cute multi colored polka dot Easter outfit momma made her. Her dress is a big polka dot print which has a full skirt with little polka dot sleeves. I trimmed the sleeve edges with vintage pink with silver thread ric rac trim.
Her overskirt ties up the front of the bodice and is trimmed with more of the pink with silver thread ric rac.
She also wears bloomers of the little polka dot print trimmed with the vintage pink ric rac that was used before. A full ruffle of big polk dot print was used for her collar.
Her face was heavily detailed to get the perfect look.
She has green eyes which look like she's really looking at you! I handstitched both eyelids on and painted her eyes. She has a pink handstitched on nose with several freckles and sisal whiskers.
Daisy's ears are wired and posable. They were stuffed in the middle too.
Check out her uniquely made hands or paws and feet.
Both were needlesculpted.
