Glad you could visit! I think you need the company of a butterfly today. The butterfly is an original Frayed Muslin. It has been a while since I have made one of my own designs. Sooooo Here she is. She is wonderful, beautiful and lovely to look at. She also sits. I just thought she showed better for pictures if hanging. I prefer my dolls to be sitting. She is approximately 24\" tall to the top of her head. To the top of her antennas she is approximately 28\" She has a wing span of approximately 28\".She is made of muslin. Her antennas are sewn to her head. The antennas are made of heavy duty rusty wire, with the addition of a rusty bell at the tips of each antenna. Her facial features are both sculpted and sewn on as additions, such as her lips. Her wings are sewn to her back. The wings are made of muslin. I have sculpted and sewn the design onto her wings. Both sides of her wings are complete. She has separate fingers and nubby toes. Her head is attached to a nubbin, giving her a defined chin. She is wearing a cotton under slip with an osnaburg skirt. She also has on matching pantaloons. All top stitching to her cloths has been done by hand.

Her flower...though it looks like paper is really sturdy muslin. Each petal is made separately. The stem is bark covered wire. The talons are moss covered wire. The flower is securely sewn to her skirt.PAYMENT: I ship as soon as PayPal payment is made.
