Primitive Folk Art Punch Needle Rabbit Inspired By Jim Shore, Heartwood Creek For Sale
"Joyful Bunny" Make-DoThis happy little bunny was inspired by "Countryside Beauty," a figurine by Jim Shore of Heartwood Creek. Punched with 3-strand Valdani and Gentle Arts floss, this piece of punchneedle art is approximately 8-1/2" long x 5" high. The bunny has been whipped stitched to a piece of burgundy wool using 3 strands of varigated embroidery floss. I have securely attached him to an old spool (flea market find), and added some jute with three walnut-stained letters that spell J-O-Y and two rusty bells. The bunny stands about 8-1/4" high.
