The ruffle and hat are created from vintage light pink chenille. The hat has fur around it and a rusty bell on the end secured with a rusty safety pin.The scarf around its neck is made from vintage lace with a cheese cloth bow that has been dyed with tea. There is a lace flower with a pearl center. It has a hang tag that says snowmen fall from heaven unassembled.
It is attached to a heavy duty rusty spring with a great square base design.
