RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Returns or exchanges must be requested and completed within the first 30 days of receipt of your product. The product must be in original excellent / good condition. If the item was received in damaged condition; PennyWinz must be notified immediately during the time of delivery of the damaged goods. Proof of receipt of the damaged goods; such as digital photographs, statements from the local postal worker, or delivery person or other supporting documentation will be required so that an appropriate claim can be filed with the delivering carrier accordingly. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges back to the seller. Seller is responsible for return shipping back to the buyer. An RMA number must be issued to you prior to returning the item. See next paragraph for further details.
DEFECTIVE OR DOA ITEMS: Products that are found to be defective or dead on arrival must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of the defective product. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving item, if you have determined the item is defective. This 48 hour time period is an additional grace-period above the 7 business day period mentioned above to allow you to open, inspect and test your purchased product. PennyWinz reserves the right to do basic troubleshooting steps with you over the phone or by email first before authorizing a return. PennyWinz also reserves the right to refuse to authorize a return if we determine that an item is not defective for any reason including but not limited to: intentional damage, accidental damage, misuse, shipping damage, no damage at all, improper handling or any other reason as determined by PennyWinz. Defective or DOA merchandise being returned must be issued an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which must be marked clearly on the package. Any return that does not have this number on the package will be refused. Defective or DOA returns are also subjected to a restocking fee if you are requesting a refund (see RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ABOVE.) There is no restocking fee assessed if the item is being exchanged or replaced.
LOST PACKAGES: During the time of shipment of your product, the tracking number is documented in s tracking system and then also emailed to you respectively. We kindly ask that you keep track of your package during its route to your ultimate shipping destination. If for some reason your package does get delayed, please contact us through our page or contact the shipping carrier directly to find out more detailed information as to why your package has become delayed. In the unfortunate event your package has become lost, we will need to file a trace route on your package (and then ultimately a claim) which can take sometime; so having good communications with us during the time your package first becomes lost is vital to the claims process. VALID RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Returns that are processed back to our facilities which are eligible for a refund may incur a restocking fee. For electronics, computers, tablets, wires, electronic accessories and related devices; a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. All other merchandise will incur a 10% restocking fee. In addition the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, that includes those products that shipped with the FREE SHIPPING method. Shipping is not free, we as a company do incur a shipping fee and the original shipping charges incurred for those packages shipped to you will be deducted from your refund. Customer must also complete a mutual withdrawal of the "transaction" on - notifying that the transaction is being cancelled and both parties are parting their ways. The seller will then get reimbursed for original final value fees for selling the product on by completing this mutual withdrawal request accordingly. Under no circumstances will the restocking fee be waived and under no circumstances will a refund be issued until all of the above policies have been enforced.
SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS: We only ship to the confirmed address that is on file with your PayPal account. We double check the PayPal transaction register to confirm that the address is a CONFIRMED ADDRESS in PayPal. If for some reason it is NOT; or says it is NOT ok to ship, your order will get delayed.
