This is a vintage Japanese pottery tea bowl of Bizen ware, which was made about 30-40 years ago.
The signature of the potter is carved on the bottom.
Bizen ware is a type of Japanese pottery most identifiable by its ironlike hardness, reddish brown color, absence of glaze, and marklings resulting from wood-burning kiln firing.
