A superb quality sterlingsilver sauce / gravy boat jug. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1938 with themaker’s marks being SB&SLD for SBlanckensee & Son Ltd.It has a stylish Art Deco and is in perfect condition being freefrom dings splits and repairs – seldom used. The inside is nice and clean andit stands firm with no wobbling. It is a decent size measuring almost 6.5 inches(16.3cms) long including the handle by 2.25 inches (5.7cms) wide by 1.75 inches(4.3cms) tall and weighs 66 grams. A quality usable piece.
