RARE & IMPORTANT Antique 18-19C. Chinese Ducai Vase w Figures and Cartouches

Description : This beautiful vase is in perfect original condition! The flared neck with cobalt bands and hand painted ferns.The shoulder with stylized floral cartouches and geometric forms. The background is a fish scale design that is so precise! There are four panels, two with boys playing and two with woman in robes. The bottom with bats in iron red between cobalt bands.This is an amazing vase, fresh out of an estate in Newport, Rhode Island and is a wonderful antique piece!

Size : 11 3/4" tall x 9" diameter

Age : 18-19th C.
