This is a RARE Original 18th centuryColonial American document, from Pennsylvania, dated "1767". Singlesheet, one-sided (back side has some ink notations). Size: approx. 8" by 13 1/4". Partly-printed/partly-handwritten in brown ink on Fine, laid paper w/Watermark. Nice Condition overall, w/some old "fold-separation"/splitting along some of the old vertical folds + small tears, chiefly around the outer margins; document has several pieces of clear archival tape applied to the back side to re-enforce the old "fold-lines"; otherwise, o.k. ....ThisEarly American documentis dated "this Sixteenth Day of November Anno Dom. 1767". Itis a completed LAND SURVEY DEED between JOHN & THOMAS PENN and WALTER BUCHANAN for 200 acres of land in Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
