Lovely intaglio engraved Inaugural ticket for McKinley & Hobart, March 4, 1897. Left stub still attached. Excellent condition !! Thick card stock, has # 308 on rear with signature of B Russell Sergeant at arms House of Representative, stamped signature of R Brights Sergeant at arms Senate.
